Toronto has yet another brand new Italian restaurant for those who are keen on Italian cuisine! Located in what I fondly refer to as "Condo Land" (Fort York and Spadina area), this restaurant is one of a kind in this part of town. The restaurant is elaborately decorated but also feels quite cozy and rustic inside, and I am looking forward to returning and trying some of the dishes.

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was concerned as there were two steps to access the main door. My concerns were quickly relieved as one of the friendly managers showed me the accessible way to get to the front doors by using a path in front of the restaurant that attaches to the road.

The front door of the restaurant has an automatic opener and measures 34 inches wide. There is a threshold measuring half an inch at the front door. For winter, a second temporary door has been added to keep the restaurant warm, and this door measures 32 inches wide. This door has no automatic features but is very light and does not latch shut. There is no patio right now but one will open in the summer at the front of the restaurant. The patio will be accessible through a back door measuring 32 inches wide, and will also be accessible via the front door. The restaurant is quite spacious but tables are fairly close together. Fortunately they are all moveable and the staff would be happy to accommodate any diners who require more space to get around. Tables measure 29 inches high.

The washrooms were beautifully tiled and the individual accessible washroom was very large. The door to enter measured 34 inches wide. The toilet had multiple grab bars around it, 36 inches off the floor. The sink is 36 inches high, and 23 inches across. Soap and paper towel seemed easily reachable. There were no automatic features in the washroom.

The restaurant is accessible via Spadina Streetcar. The closest Green P Parking lot is located at 10 Portland St and there is also some street parking near by as well.

Let us know what you think when you try this new restaurant out!
