Fahrenheit Coffee

I have to admit that my knowledge of coffee begins and ends with my morning espresso, which I have made the same way for the past 10 years. Not much about coffee impresses me, but my visit to Fahrenheit at Richmond & Jarvis has got me rethinking my morning routine.

Top Toronto barista, Sameer Mohamed, owns this specialty coffee shop that is simply designed to help you get your exceptional coffee and head back to the office. Coffee is brewed in 5 different ways -Espresso, French Press, Pour Over, Siphon Vaccuum Pot and Drip. Two long bar height tables are available to sit or stand, but there are no washrooms available to the public. As Fahrenheit does not offer a structured seated area or food (besides baked goods), they are not required to provide washroom facilities. In this case, they make my list! The wide 34 inch door and large space in front of the ordering counter adds to Fahrenheit's accessibility. Lets just be thankful that this place doesn't have a concrete block in front of its entrance!
