Bombay Street Food has a unique, spirited yet casual vibe. This restaurant is owned by two sisters-in- law and serves Mumbai street food near College and Bay. The main entrance is located off Bay Street. You will find two large glass doors to enter with automatic features. The doorways have 0.5” thresholds and measure 40” wide.

The washroom is located at the back of the restaurant and to the right, and has a 35” door to enter. The bathroom has automatic features, handles on both side of the door, and swings inwards. The washroom is single access and has two grab bars, one of which is a L shaped bar to the left of the toilet which measure 30” from the floor. The sink measures 32” high.

The space has a beautiful open floor plan and is brightly lit by floor to ceiling windows. Although the restaurant is built in a space that is over 100 years old it has been complete reworked. It is clear that a lot of thought was put into the layout and that accessibility to all was in the mind of the designers. There are a few different seating areas so you should be able to find a spot that works for you. The tables are all about 29 inches tall. There is plenty of turning space and laminate floors throughout. The music was played at a volume that allowed me to converse with staff easily. The staff at Bombay Street Food were very welcoming and although we do not review food here I can assure you it is worth the visit.
