I first visited Sidebar before attending a live music show at the Danforth Music Hall right next door. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I returned on a Sunday morning to check out their accessibility, take some photos, and try their breakfast sandwich.

The entrance has no steps and is accessed through a 37-inch wide automatic door. Once inside, there is a vestibule, followed by a second 37-inch wide automatic door. The restaurant seating options include 28.5-inch tall tables with movable chairs or bench seating, 41-inch tall tables with movable chairs, or a 40-inch bar with movable stools.

The restaurant is all on one level with wood flooring. The private, accessible washroom has a 36-inch wide automatic door that swings inwards. A horizontal grab bar is located behind the toilet, and an L-shaped grab bar is situated beside it. The sink is 32-inches high with clearance space underneath. Soap and paper dispensers can be reached on either side of the sink.
